A National Autistic Society fundraising campaign has been started in memory of local footballer Leon Taylor.
Sadly a dear friend, Son and Father Leon suddenly passed away in his sleep and has left two young children behind, one of whom, Lennie, has Autism.
Leon, a very popular player in the local football community, was part of a number of successful sides, including the notorious PBMK, who lifted everything before them.
Craig Bicknell, Leon’s best man and very good friend, has started a GoFundMe page for something dear to Leon’s heart, The National Autistic Society. The campaign is on behalf of the family and in memory of Leon to raise funds for a very good cause.
All donations will be much appreciated by all the family and will help not only Lennie, but other children who have Autism and receive support from this amazing charity.
