Padbury Village Football Club can confirm that Ashley McAndrew-Hack has stepped down from his role as First Team Manager.
Ashley’s resignation is accompanied by Assistant Manager Ben Gold and First Team Secretary Rafe Birch White, who will also be leaving the club.
The trio joined Padbury Village in the summer of 2023 and made an immediate impact, assembling a strong and competitive squad. In their first season, they achieved promotion from the North Bucks Premier Division to the Spartan South Midlands Division Two – marking a significant milestone for the club and establishing Padbury Village as a Step 7 side for the first time since 2011.
Following promotion, over the past two seasons, the management team has led the club through a challenging and highly competitive division. Despite difficult periods, their efforts ensured the club retained its Step 7 status.
Promotion in their debut season will remain a standout achievement and a proud moment in the club’s recent history as their three-year tenure comes to a close.
Ashley McAndrew-Hack expressed his gratitude to everyone at Padbury Village FC for their support during his time at the club and extended thanks to his coaching team – Ben Gold, Dan Hassell and Matt Exton – for their dedication and contribution throughout the journey.
Ashley will now take up a new role as part of the coaching team at Buckingham FC, working with their Development Side ahead of the 2026/27 season.
